Job Description:

• Establishing policy guidelines, strategies, programs and systems that would ensure optimization of the Company’s liquidity while sustaining all trading and operational funding structures
• Especially oversee all activities on international trade finance, FOREX management, hedging, administration of bank facilities, and treasury systems development

Candidate Profile:

• University degree major in Finance, Banking or Accounting. MBA or masteral degree in finance preferred.
• About 8-10 years managerial experience in treasury and trade/commodity finance and/or structured finance.
• Familiar with commodity derivatives and credit management.
• Highly experienced in hedging instruments and financing projects especially on a regional or global level.
• Demonstrated knowledge on money market, loan/debt management and ISDA documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High degree of integrity, maturity, and reliability.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Job Description:

• Primarily responsible for supporting various activities on cash flow management, trade financing, credit reviews, and monitoring of bank lines in order to optimize total liquidity and minimize credit risk exposure.

Candidate Profile:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related courses.
• Minimum of two to three years of solid work experience in trade finance and treasury.
• Exceptional analytical skills; meticulous with details and well-organized.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated capability to multi-task and perform even under tight deadlines.
• Highly proficient in MS Office especially in Excel applications.
