Employees

Chemoil Energy Limited believes that people form the cornerstone of its global success. The Chemoil growth story is marked by the dedication and contributions of its employees across the world who share a similar vision inspired by the Company Founder and CEO, Robert Chandran, to "strive to leave footprints on the sands of time".

Despite a global presence, total employee headcount is around 200. Most of the Chemoil offices across the globe comprise an international team with employees who come from South Asia, Southeast and East Asia, North and South America, and Europe. Employees are made up by highly professional and technical people who have established career tracks in the oil and marine fuel industry or in their functional disciplines such as finance, trading and marketing.

Chemoil has a well-experienced senior management team with an average of 18.3 years of industry experience. On the average, Chemoil's senior management has served an average of 13 years with the Company.

Diversity

Each Chemoil office in the globe operates as an independent business unit. The Company has offices in Singapore, the United States, Panama, India, Netherlands and Monaco. Despite the distance, a number of major undertakings are done collaboratively on a global level and distance is easily bridged through an established information technology and telecommunications infrastructure.
