Executive Officers

John Richard Beckman was appointed Chemoil Corporation's vice president of operations in April 2004 and previously served as Chemoil Corporation's vice president of supply and operations from September 1986 to May 2002. Mr Beckman served as the vice president of supply and operation for World Oil Corporation, an asphalt refinery company, from June 2002 to February 2004. Mr Beckman received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Davis.

Lucius Charles Conrad currently serves as Chemoil Corporation's vice president of administration. He has been with us in various positions including marketing, operations and finance since October 1982. Prior to joining us, he had ten years of experience in industrial chemical sales working for Transchem Inc., Connell Bros. and Stauffer Chemical Company. Mr Conrad received his B.A. in Sociology from Columbia College and his M.B.A. in International and Multinational Business from Golden Gate University.

Adrian Hugh Tolson has served as our vice president of sales and marketing since April 1994. Prior to holding this position, Mr Tolson served as our marketing manager and as a managing director of our subsidiary, Kemoil Limited. Prior to joining us, Mr Tolson was with the marketing and sales department of Wine World Inc., a producer and supplier of wines. Mr Tolson received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Edinburgh University.

William Douglas Long has served as Chemoil Corporation's vice president of supply and distribution since December 2002. He has over 25 years of experience in the shipping and oil and gas industries, beginning his career with Tosco in Los Angeles and serving most recently as a senior trader for Trafigura in Connecticut before joining us. Mr Long received his B.A. in English and economics and his M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

Jerome Lazatin Lorenzo has served as our chief financial officer since August 2006. Prior to serving as our chief financial officer, Mr Lorenzo served as the General Manager of our subsidiary, Berkshire Energy Ltd., since December 2002. Prior to that, he held various positions in our organisation including director of Chemoil Europe B.V. from August 2000 to December 2002, head of finance of Chemoil Corporation from October 1998 to August 2000 and treasurer of Chemoil Corporation from October 1997 to August 1998. Mr Lorenzo received his B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from California State University of Northridge and his Master of Business Management degree from the Asian Institute of Management.
